Tenancy Support Officer
Location: 49 Nansen Close, Stretford, M32 0PU / Hybrid
Salary range: £15,529 - £16,322

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday
Working hours: 18.12 hours per week (flexible working)

About the Role
In the role of Tenancy Support Officer, you will provide support to vulnerable clients placed within the Rough Sleeper Accommodation Scheme by empowering them with the skills to lead an independent life within the community and maintain their tenancy.
You will conduct comprehensive support assessments, develop holistic support plans, and hold review meetings with clients in the Rough Sleeper Accommodation Scheme.
About You
We seek someone with 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, delivering homelessness prevention, resettlement, and housing-related support services. Proven experience of working within a multi-functional team and with partners to deliver a range of services to a diverse community is essential. Experience in successfully meeting individual targets for key tenancy support areas, including tenancy sustainment, financial inclusion, health, education, employment, and safeguarding, is also required.
