The team are currently recruiting for a Professional Support Lawyer to join their HR Rely team. To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills: Proven experience as an Employment lawyer with a strong background in Employment Law. Excellent drafting, research, and communication skills with keen attention to detail. Ability to write about, present and train others in relation to legal developments, including case law, legislation and procedural changes A high level of interpersonal skills, able to work collaboratively with a range of people to deliver results. About You Experienced Employment lawyer requiring minimal supervision Passionate about keeping abreast of legal developments Enjoy presenting/training both to colleagues and clients Looking for opportunities to sell additional services (such as training) to existing clients Your key responsibilities will include: Updating the HR Rely Website with the latest employment law developments to ensure clients have access to accurate and up-to-date information. Developing client-facing tools and training programs to improve the quality of service provided to clients. Staying informed about employment law trends and maximising current awareness updates to proactively address potential legal issues.
