We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic administrator to join our fantastic team in our state-of-the-art student accommodation in the heart of Sheffield.
As the Sales & Service Associate, you'll be the first port of call for our residents and visitors and use your customer service experience to handle any queries with empathy and professionalism. You will play a key role in our sales and marketing plans, keep our student database up to date, and use your creative ideas to organise fun and inclusive student events for our residents.
Responsibilities
Here's what you'll do:
* Provide friendly and professional customer service to students living in the residences.
* Provide an effective first response to customer queries, complaints, issues, and incidents (e.g., power and water outages, fire alarm evacuations), resolving, escalating, and/or seeking support where necessary.
* Get involved in sales and marketing activity to ensure the residences are full and all marketing channels have been utilised to their full potential.
* Follow and implement all operating procedures.
* Ensure that the safety and welfare of all our residents is always maintained.
* Organise and communicate social events for residents.
* Manage health and safety responsibilities as set out in Section 7 of the Health and Safety at Work Etc. Act 1974, ensuring care for yourself and others and cooperating with your employer on health and safety matters.
Qualifications
Here's what you'll need:
* Great customer service and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with people at all levels.
* Be super personable and have a genuine passion for engaging with people.
* Ability to be proactive with strong problem-solving skills.
* Be well-organised and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Good working knowledge of MS packages.
* Resilience, adaptability, and great cultural diversity awareness.
Preferred:
* A preferred qualification and/or willingness to undertake training for Carbon Literacy, as our Pillars are a fundamental part of our brand.
