Service Delivery Officer/Team Leader Location: Manchester | Salary: £13.42 per hour | Contract: Full-time/Permanent Are you an experienced Civil Enforcement Officer looking to take the next step in your career? We are looking for a motivated and professional Service Delivery Officer/Team Leader to supervise and inspire a team, ensuring excellent service delivery while upholding the highest enforcement standards. What you will be doing: Supervise and deploy Civil Enforcement Officers (CEOs) daily, ensuring full coverage. Train new CEOs to NSL standards and provide ongoing performance monitoring. Handle customer requests and queries, ensuring professional and timely responses. Assist in recruitment processes and manage administrative duties, including payroll. Conduct investigations, disciplinary hearings, and staff performance reviews. Ensure all enforcement operations comply with TMA 2004 legislation. Manage events, including Controlled Parking Zone (CPZ) and out-of-town events. What we are looking for: GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths. Full UK driving licence. Strong leadership and supervisory skills. Ability to operate handheld enforcement technology. Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
