This is a full-time office-based role (North Norfolk). You will work 5 days a week in the office with a fantastic established team of humans (and the occasional dog).
Next Steps
Please submit your CV along with a covering letter.
Here’s the good news: That will be sent to a HUMAN. You’re not entering an AI selection process. Your CV will be reviewed by our Recruitment Director who has an in-depth knowledge of and established relationship with the client business.
Here’s the bad news: As our intelligence is genuine and not artificial, we have limitations. Therefore we like to be very clear about the process. We know that it’s a tough market and looking for work is challenging so here is the way we work:
* If your experience does not meet our client’s requirements, we will unfortunately not submit your application to the next stage. If you have not heard from us within 5 working days, assume that you have not been shortlisted.
* If we feel that you may be a match, we will arrange a virtual or face-to-face meeting to understand more about your application and answer any questions you may have.
* A final shortlist will be presented to our client and interviews arranged. Expect the process to include 2-3 meetings.
