My client, an established Online Estate Agency, is currently seeking experienced property professionals to join their team and benefit from a home-based role, in addition to an uncapped OTE!
Due to the incredible number of valuations being requested, my client is looking for a Sales Valuer in the Sunderland area.
They are ideally looking for someone with local knowledge, an experienced property professional with experience carrying out valuations and who believes in delivering a high level of service.

Working hours:
1. This is a home-based role but you would be required to work full-time hours.
The successful Sales Valuer will be offered:
2. Competitive OTE of £45,000 - £60,000

Sales Valuer requirements:
7. Essential to have excellent knowledge of the property market including property trends
8. Able and happy to work on a self-employed basis
9. Must possess a full driver's license and have access to a vehicle for business purposes
10. A strong desire to be successful and grow your own business
11. Overwhelming passion and enthusiasm
12. Strong valuation experience at either Branch Manager or Senior Valuer level
13. A passion for delivering excellent customer service
14. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Main Duties of a Sales Valuer:
15. Provide accurate market valuations for potential seller's properties based on the best available data and comparable property sales
16. Operating in an allocated territory and building your own, and our client's, business
17. Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the local property market
18. Engage and support customers throughout their journey
19. Build a relationship and be the customer's key point of contact through the entire sales process
20. Co-ordinate with the central support team and ensure all efforts are being made to achieve a successful sale
