- Location: Near Borehamwood, Hertfordshire
- Position: Senior Learning Support Assistant
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 16:00
- Salary: £86 - £90 per day (inclusive of 12.07% holiday pay)
- Contract: Temp to perm
- Provide personalised support to students with special educational needs, fostering an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
- Assist in implementing individual learning plans, adapting support to meet students' academic and emotional needs.
- Encourage and motivate pupils to develop their confidence and independence.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff to maintain a structured and supportive classroom setting.
- Monitor and report on student progress, ensuring their overall development and well-being.
- Experience working with students with special educational needs is highly desirable.
- A patient, compassionate, and adaptable approach to working with children.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A commitment to safeguarding, equality, and the welfare of young people.
- A valid Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one).
- Ability to commute to Borehamwood, Hertfordshire.
