Shift Technician - Electrical

As a Shift Technician - Electrical at ISS, you will play a key role in providing high-quality, timely planned and reactive maintenance for building services, plant, and equipment at one of our prestigious client sites.
Your focus will be on ensuring that the client’s business and production needs are met with minimal disruption, delivering a service that is both efficient and reliable.

Key Responsibilities
Complete PPMs and Reactive works, and assist with other building fabric tasks
Ensure all tasks are carried out to high standards and meet Service Level Agreement requirements
Actively participate in daily operation of building services, plant, and equipment
Perform effective fault finding on building services systems
Assist with minor new works, system installations, and refurbishments as needed
Coordinate sub-contractor activities
Participate in shift and callout rota if required
Recommend improvements for plant efficiency
Promote safe working practices in line with H&S processes
Maintain HVAC systems and associated plant
Carry out statutory inspections and log them
Assist with project activities when necessary
Manage work orders via the CAFM system, ensuring clear communication with clients
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Ideally from a FM background with experience of completing PPMs and Reactive site-based work
18th Edition or 17th Edition
NVQ or C&G Electrical Installations
COSSH, IOSH, People Management would be beneficial
