The project and career opportunity
An industry-leading UK manufacturer is undergoing a once-in-a-generation transformation, and we’re seeking exceptional project management professionals to play a pivotal role in delivering this high-profile industrial investment.
Backed by significant funding and strategic national importance, this major redevelopment includes the construction of a state-of-the-art, highly automated machine shop - a facility set to redefine the future of advanced manufacturing in the defence, nuclear, and renewable energy sectors. This is a rare opportunity to drive a project that will strengthen the UK’s sovereign manufacturing capabilities and push the boundaries of engineering innovation.
This organisation is renowned for pioneering new technologies, with expertise in Electron Beam Welding, ultra-large castings and forgings, and the delivery of high-integrity components for mission-critical applications. Their work is central to offshore energy, the UK’s nuclear programme, and high-security defence projects, and this investment will secure their position at the forefront of global engineering.
As an Associate/Associate Director Project Management professional, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading on the delivery of this complex, multi-phase industrial development. You’ll work alongside world-class engineers, cutting-edge technology specialists, and leading construction partners to bring this transformative facility to life - ensuring it is delivered on time, to specification, and with the highest standards of execution.
If you’re an experienced project leader who thrives in high-profile, technically complex environments, this is an opportunity to leave a lasting legacy on the UK’s industrial landscape.
