This is an exciting opportunity working for ICT Frontline Services supporting customers.
We are looking for someone who has experience of providing ICT support in a fast-paced environment.
Good knowledge of Microsoft systems as well as a good understanding of an ICT Support Service and the importance of supporting the Customer at the highest possible level.
The postholder will:
1. have a minimum of 5 GCSE (A-C or 9-4) including Maths and English
2. be prepared to undertake professional and technical training when required which may lead to a qualification
3. have experience of supporting Microsoft applications
4. be customer focused
5. be able to provide support utilizing the Microsoft 365 Admin Centre
6. have a good understanding of Active Directory, the way objects sync to Active Directory
7. be able to resolve issues
8. understand a call centre environment, providing a high standard of customer care
9. provide technical support to Customers and colleagues
10. support customer queries and requirements, ensuring that the Customer(s) are kept up to date with progress
11. understand business needs, priorities, and impact to Customer’s when they are experiencing issues.
