Job Description Are you an experienced Offline CMM programmer with a passion for precision and quality? We're looking for a skilled professional to join our team. As an Offline CMM programmer, you will be responsible for creating and planning CMM programs to ensure the highest standards of component quality for our Composite and Metallic Inspection departments. As an Offline CMM Programmer, your main responsibilities will be: Write, validate, and maintain CMM programs in line with TPP release schedules. Use PolyWorks Inspector software for offline CMM programming, with a focus on Renishaw PH20/Revo heads and the Renishaw UCC server. Provide comprehensive documentation to support CMM program setup and operation. Design and validate fixturing solutions using CAD tools such as Siemens NX and Renishaw Fixture Builder. Deliver clear and actionable CMM reports to aid in component quality reviews. Embed best practices in metrology to enhance department productivity and measurement reliability. Continuously improve CMM programs by auditing, revising, and streamlining processes. Utilize PolyWorks Macro Script Command Language (MSCL) to develop and implement automated solutions within CMM programs. Prioritize and manage workload effectively to meet scheduled delivery dates. Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives (MPI) and provide constructive feedback to reduce lead times and enhance productivity. Promote and maintain a high standard of housekeeping and ensure effective shift handovers. We are looking for an Offline CMM Programmer, with the following experience and skills: 5 years of proven experience in offline CMM programming using Polyworks Inspector or other similar CMM software is beneficial. Preferred expertise with Renishaw PH20/Revo heads and UCC server. Experience with MSCL for automated inspection workflows. Background in Formula One or a fast-paced, low-volume production environment. Proven track record in process improvement. Strong understanding of GD&T principles. Proficiency in CAD tools for fixturing assemblies. In-depth knowledge of metrology principles and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
