Project Manager – Change Management – Doncaster – 12-month FTC - £60k
Project Manager with change management experience to join our leading rail organization on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.
The Project Manager will have experience in agile methodologies and be comfortable managing multiple active business initiatives. The role requires collaboration with business sponsors and leaders to ensure the timely delivery of projects within a structured project management framework.
In addition, the Project Manager will have a solid background in change management, with the ability to drive initiatives that promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. They will also advocate for necessary changes to existing practices and processes to enhance governance and efficiency.
The Project Manager will have experience of migrating on-premise applications to a SaaS model and be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide governance within projects.
The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, ideally with experience in the travel industry, particularly within organisations undergoing transformation. Experience working in complex environments will be highly valued.
