We have facilities across the UK and are looking for a Laminator to join our team in Burnley.
Key responsibilities as a Laminator:
* To set up and operate the laminator machine to meet customer specifications and quality standards, in the most efficient way possible.
* Ensure that the workplace is tidy, clean, orderly, and according to 5s standards.
* Participate in continuous improvement by observing waste reduction opportunities and acting on them when applicable.
* Provide break cover to increase department overall performance.
* Set up and operate a variety of machinery and ancillary equipment.
* Monitor and maintain product specifications carrying out online adjustments as required.
* Accurately complete all production paperwork in a timely manner.
* Carry out quality tests and measurements and implement required corrective actions.
* Participate in hygiene and other audits.
* Assisting with machine changeovers.
* Assisting with day to day work-place organisation, planning, machine optimisation.
* Holiday cover where required.
* Training of operators where appropriate.
Full training will be provided.

Shift Pattern: The attractive shift pattern involves working a mix of 12-hour day and night shifts working an average of 14 shifts per month.
Salary: Starting at £27,860, you can increase your salary as you progress through our bespoke training programme.
