Flourish Education is currently recruiting an Early Years Teaching Assistant to work within an OFSTED rated ‘good’ Primary school in Tewkesbury, to join their team on a long-term basis. The successful Early Years Teaching Assistant will have experience of supporting classes within the Early Years. You will have a secure understanding of the EYFS, and proven success of acting as a ‘play partner’ to extend children’s learning. The school are seeking a passionate Early Years Teaching Assistant who appreciates the importance of learning through play. You will be working as a Teaching Assistant within the school Reception class and Nursery, and must be comfortable in supporting young children with personal care. We are looking for a passionate and committed Early Years Teaching Assistant to start as soon as possible on a full-time basis. This is a long-term position to cover maternity leave, and will provisionally continue until the end of the academic year.
