Description The key responsibilities of a Payroll Specialist will include: Assist in the efficient running of the payroll department. Process payroll adjustments and ensure accurate payroll records. Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile payroll expenses. Support in the preparation of year-end reports and P60s. Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees. Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and company policies. Assist in the implementation of new payroll systems and processes. Participate in payroll-related projects as required. Profile A successful Payroll Specialist should have: Working knowledge of payroll systems and procedures. Knowledge of manual calculations Strong numerical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
