We are looking for a Site Development Coordinator in the Fowey area on a permanent basis, who can help support the future development of the site and perform day-to-day support and administration for the current forecourt and site.
Rate of pay/hours:
* Approx. 20 hours per week (4 hours per day).
* Some flexibility around this arrangement.
Duties include:
Office:
* Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures.
* Continuously develop and advance our office and administrative systems.
* Support the Shop Supervisor with stock takes and stock control.
* Review weekly pricing emails from fuel supplier and work within the company fuel pricing strategy to maintain margins and competitive pricing.
* Receive fuel training on their system, including inputting fuel deliveries and reviewing stock levels to ensure tank levels agree with the till system.
* Review site and maintain action plan to ensure compliance with all regulations.
* Review and update maintenance log for the site.
Staff:
* Manage staff rota, including holiday requests.
* Liaise with the company accounts and payroll providers to provide till reports as required.
* Prepare details for customer accounts for payment by the company accountant.
* Responsible for cash management and banking.
Communications:
* Control office email and postal correspondence.
* Answer and direct phone calls as required.
Other:
* Provide Directors with weekly business updates.
* Fill in for shifts as a retail assistant in the forecourt shop if required.
Qualifications/Skills:
* Some bookkeeping experience is essential.
* High level of IT literacy, including using the till system for reporting, the Xero accounting system, and online banking.
* A good team player with an eagerness to troubleshoot and problem-solve when required.
* An organized mindset and the ability to cope with multiple tasks simultaneously, and at times under pressure.
