Thorn Baker is looking for an Inventory Associate to temporarily support our well-known client with daily stock management tasks. This role is ideal for someone with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience and advanced Excel skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with inventory tracking and reconciliation
• Update and maintain stock records in Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Generate reports and insights using advanced Excel/Google Sheets functions (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Power Query, and Macros)
• Work closely with logistics partners to ensure accurate stock levels and timely shipments
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies
• Support demand planning and forecasting to maintain optimal stock levels
Skills & Experience Required:
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 for inventory management
• Strong understanding of inventory control and supply chain processes
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and discrepancies
