Key Responsibilities as the Project Manager:
1. Provide top-tier project and programme management throughout all project phases.
2. Advise clients on project costs, timelines, risks, and issues.
3. Lead and coordinate communications with clients and stakeholders.
4. Produce comprehensive project reports, including timelines, risk assessments, and more.
5. Drive performance improvements and challenge the status quo in dynamic environments.
6. Develop and implement efficient delivery plans, ensuring objectives are met on time and within budget.
What You'll Bring as the successful Project Manager:
1. A Project Management Qualification (or working towards one) with APM, RICS, or similar professional bodies.
2. Proven experience in managing both pre- and post-contract project management responsibilities.
3. Familiarity with best practices in Project Management; experience with NEC management is highly desirable.
4. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage projects from conception to completion.
5. Experience within infrastructure.
