Description
To lead Airtankers Commercial Management activities with its Customers, representing Airtankers commercial interests to maximize profitability and minimize commercial risk whilst maintaining a positive and collaborative customer relationship. To provide Commercial expertise and support to assigned business area. Responsible for line management of Commercial Team members who support assigned business area. Working closely with relevant enabling function and Business Stream Heads e.g. the Head of Flight Operations, Head of Ground Operations, Director of Engineering & Maintenance, Head of Voyager Training Service, Head of Major Programmes, Head of Sales, Head of Voyager Capability Development, Head of Supply Chain.
Key Responsibilities
1. Responsible for defining and delivering the commercial strategy for assigned business area.
2. Provide contractual interpretation on complex issues across the entirety of AirTankers contract document set.
3. Build and maintain strong and effective working relationships with external Customers/PSCs, internal customers/colleagues and wider stakeholders
4. Exercise governance over AirTankers contractual arrangements, approving and executing agreements in accordance with company delegated authorities (AS.28).
