There may also be a requirement to work at otherlocations within the Linconshire Combined Practice (Waddington & Coningsby) asdictated by business needs.
The vacant post is Part time working 23.5 hours per week.

Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will beensuring the provision of a comprehensive and professionalphysiotherapy/rehabilitation service for entitled personnel. This will includeundertaking highly skilled and specialist work in the musculo-skeletal/sportsand training injury areas.

Job responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities for the role include but are notlimited to:
* The ability to perform highly skilledphysio-therapeutic assessment of patients referred by Consultants, GeneralPractitioners and other Healthcare Professionals with diverse presentations andcomplex and acute/chronic physical conditions and sports injuries. Usingclinical reasoning skills to provide an accurate clinical diagnosis.
* To formulate, develop and deliver a specialisedindividualised treatment programme based upon evidence-based practice, manual assessment,and appropriate clinical reasoning.
* To holdprofessional and legal accountability to the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy(CSP) and Health Professions Council (HPC), adhering to all directed standardsand codes of practice.
* Adheringto Regional Healthcare Governance policy, ensuring that all service deliveryconforms to the standards set.
* Communicatingoptimally with patients to ensure informed consent for assessment andtreatment, good understanding of their conditions and maximise theirrehabilitation potential.
* Managing andprioritising own clinical caseload efficiently and effectively.

Person Specification

Qualifications
* A Degree/Diploma in Physiotherapy.
* Completed the relevant courses and experience that would be equivalent to graduate diploma level of study.
* Post-graduate clinical experience.
Experience
* Must have relevant experience in the assessment and treatment of musculo-skeletal (MSK) disorders, sports injuries and orthopaedic conditions.
Registrations and Memberships
* Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists (MCSP).
* State Registered Physiotherapist (HPC).
