BAS delivers and enables world-leading interdisciplinary research in the Polar Regions. You'll be joining our Communications Team. A small yet high achieving team of communications and creative specialists, within the BAS Innovation Directorate. Our new BAS website will educate, inform and entertain our users Your role will help us to deliver and manage this public website for BAS, ensuring its content, functionality and accessibility, all align with organisational objectives and is communicated effectively online. This role will require working closely on stories and content from colleagues across BAS, as well as external web developers, to ensure the site meets the needs of diverse users. Within this new role, there will be an opportunity to not just deliver great stories about BAS science, engineering, operations and what it's like to live in the Polar Regions, but importantly, you will have an opportunity to help shape and develop how we (BAS) manage our new public website, whilst ensuring our staff have the skills needed to deliver exciting and engaging stories.
