What you will be doing as a Sales Account Manager: This is a desk-based position, where the purpose of this role is to provide a ‘high quality customer experience’ to a number of our key customers and drive retention, whilst engaging the customer proactively to identify new sales opportunities to deliver growth and drive high levels of customer success via telephone and MS Team’s based communication methods. Ensure the customer is being fully supported by Frontline, researching our customers’ business, and identifying key stakeholders for our value propositions and building positive experiences of Frontline by identifying ways we can help them solve business challenges and opportunities. Review each customer and create a sales Funnel of qualified opportunities with our customers. Elevate the Frontline Client Value Proposition (CVP) with existing customers across all segments Collaborate with our sales teams and support functions to share learning and contribute to accelerating success across the entire sales organisation. Achieve your monthly and annual margin, revenue and renewals sales targets Collaborate with and coordinate Frontline Subject Matter Experts as required to support your opportunity progression through your Sales Funnel. What we would like you to bring: This is a fantastic opportunity for a natural rapport and relationship builder, who possess excellent communication, listening and questioning skills, as well as the ability to clearly convey technical and non-technical concepts Demonstrable ability to develop sales growth plans and increase our share of the customer wallet A proven track record of achievements in previous roles with evidence of success driven from resourcefulness and self-resilience. Strong organisation skills and the ability to work under pressure and learn in new environments. Demonstrable business acumen and adaptability. Possess good IT skills including strong working use of Outlook, Word and Excel Demonstrable business acumen and adaptability. Strong relationship building, rapport creating, listening and questioning skills. Possess good IT skills – able to use Outlook, Word, Excel to a good level.
