Job Purpose:
As CRM Manager, you'll own, design and deliver ODEON’s CRM contact strategy with the aim to drive member engagement, increase visit frequency, and deliver growth in member revenue.
If you're a CRM champion with a real passion for driving loyalty through member communications, including developing new CRM opportunities - ultimately delivering tangible value for our Guests and business, this will be the ideal role for you.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Own the CRM vision and strategy at ODEON – from design through to planning and optimisation of all targeted, multi-channel campaigns (email and push notifications).
2. Work closely with teams across the business including, Commercial, Marketing, Guest experience, Partnerships, Product and Analytics to ensure that CRM campaigns are aligned with business objectives and Guest needs.
3. Plan and manage the CRM campaign calendar, including promotional incentives; from proposals through to planning, segmentation, test and learns, and robust reporting.
4. Continuous improvement of the member lifecycle strategy, from welcome through to engagement, winback and re-activation journeys across the key segments, including introducing new touchpoints to support objectives.
5. Optimise campaign performance and member incentive initiatives, through analysing results, including A/B testing learnings.
6. Deliver robust measurement of campaigns, including disciplines around control and holdout groups, to ensure we understand how much incremental revenue our CRM activities are driving as part of our overall trading plan.
7. Work closely with Senior Membership Manager, Product, DPO and wider teams to launch new and enhance existing CRM product developments, including setting up of new automated campaigns, data feed and API briefs to support the evolution of our CRM channels.
8. Manage, mentor and develop our CRM Assistant.
Key Skills:
1. Proven CRM management experience, with demonstrable knowledge of CRM strategy, segmentation and performance optimisation, as well as end-to-end campaign management.
2. Strong team working and team leadership skills.
3. CRM experience ideally gained within a customer focussed sector, such as retail, leisure or hospitality would be an advantage.
4. Strong project management skills and developing roadmaps with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Able to own the creative and copy development process, including strong copywriting abilities (and enjoy doing so!).
6. Thrives working in fast-paced environments, with strong attention to detail.
7. Commercially astute with a challenger/innovation driver mind-set.
8. Excellent at data management and analysis. Able to turn insights into action.
