Overall Purpose of the Role
As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all contracted food services within the unit. Your duties will encompass staffing, planning, cleaning, and coordinating food preparation to drive sales through innovative menu plans and promotions.
Key Accountabilities
• Foster a safety culture throughout the unit, ensuring strict adherence to Health and Safety guidelines.
• Manage staff and resources, ensuring effective service delivery and quality standards are met.
• Implement innovative menu plans and promotions to drive sales and revenue growth.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, responding promptly to customer feedback and concerns.
• Oversee the maintenance of a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines and regulations.
• Co-ordinate and manage the delivery of food services, ensuring quality, safety, and consistency.
• Monitor and control costs, ensuring effective budget management and financial control.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and staff morale.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication.
• Identify and mitigate risks, developing plans to prevent accidents and incidents.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
