Customer Service Advisor
£11.44 per hour. This is a temp to perm position starting Monday 24 February.
As part of the Customer Care team, you will be responsible for speaking to patients and delivering a personalised service to include the ordering of Medical Appliances and Medication. You may also be required to speak to surgeries to chase up prescription requests.
* Manage workload to ensure all patients are contacted on a diary schedule
* Ensure all calls are completed to the highest possible standard in line with quality standards
* Handle incoming telephone enquiries
* Data entry
* Build relationships with patients
We are keen to hear from candidates with the following:
* Must have telephone based customer service experience
* Call centre experience preferred
* Must be able to start on 24 February
* Must pass a DBS check
* Excellent communication skills and great attention to detail
* Caring nature and relationship-building skills
* Resilient and flexible in a demanding and fast-paced environment
Hours Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:30
