I am delighted to be working with a multinational manufacturing business who are looking to hire an HR Manager for their Somerset site. Reporting into the HR Director EMEA and with a dotted line into the UK Site Director this role will be stand-alone supporting a headcount of 60 at this site and a further c.40 within sales and marketing based across Scandinavia.
This is a great time to join the organisation as they are looking to grow, revolutionise HR and empower their people to contribute to overall business objectives. As the main point of contact for all HR advice and guidance, the position has broad HR generalist responsibilities including:
* Being the first point of contact for all HR advice and guidance
* End to end recruitment and onboarding
* HR administration across the entire employee life cycle
* Employee relations including disciplinary and grievance
* Performance management
* Training and development
* HR data and reports for senior leadership teams including compliance
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate a solid work history of operating as a hands-on HR generalist within a fast-paced environment. Site HR experience is highly desirable, this could be within a manufacturing, FMCG, supply chain, engineering or similar blue & white collar workforce.
