About the role: We are looking for an Administrator to join our Exams and Achievement Department based at Bedford College. As an Administrator you will play a pivotal role in the success of our students by: Ensuring the integrity of the examination process Providing a full exams administration service for students and staff in designated centre(s) Working in conjunction with the Senior Examinations & Achievement Administrator/Exams Manager to deliver all examinations across all regional sites Despatching results/certificates and record achievement in a timely manner Carrying out all aspects of the role in line with TBCG culture and values Ensuring the student experience is kept at the heart of everything your Directorate does About you: English and Maths or similar at GCSE grade A-C or equivalent Minimum 5 GCSEs A-C Experience of entering data on to computerised databases Experience of working with confidential documentation and information Substantial administrative experience in an office based environment Experience of taking responsibility for small projects Job Description - Examinations & Achievement Administrator (v24.1).pdf £24,000 per annum, pro rata (from), DOE and Qualifications
