SEN Administrator
Are you a highly organised and proactive administrator with a passion for supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? A fantastic secondary school in Hertfordshire is seeking a dedicated SEN Administrator to provide vital support to the SENDCo and Inclusion Team, ensuring efficient administration of SEN processes and student records.
About the Role
As an SEN Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the school’s SEN department by:
• Maintaining accurate records of SEND students and updating relevant systems.
• Providing administrative support to the SENDCo and Inclusion Team.
• Assisting with transition and admissions for SEND students.
• Monitoring and assisting with missing registers.
• Being a first point of contact for SEND-related queries.
• Assisting with first aid watch (a first aid qualification is desirable).
• Proactively identifying and supporting administrative needs across the department.
Who We're Looking For
• A highly organised and proactive individual who can take initiative.
• SIMS experience is essential.
• Experience in a school setting, preferably with SEND knowledge.
• A first aid qualification is desirable but not essential.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
