Role: Marketing Administrative Assistant
Salary: £23,000 - £27,000 p.a. + benefits
Hours: Full time Monday to Friday 9am to 5.15pm or Part time 3 days
Location: Commutable from Stockport, Greater Manchester, Altrincham, Pendlebury and surrounding areas

The Marketing Administrative Assistant is to work closely and support the off line Marketing Team.
If you are looking for a position where you can get involved in aspects of marketing, including supporting marketing colleagues with new product launches and campaigns, update company literature, create new label information signs that fall into the highly audited conforming processes, then this role could be for you!
This role could be a full time 5 days a week or part time 3 days a week and could suit someone returning to work e.g. after a period of maternity / paternity leave, or someone with 1 to 2 years experience working in marketing and is ready for their next step.
Responsibilities
1. Liaise with the company’s external designer to update product literature to reflect the new branding and that product information is up to date. Ensure the necessary approvals are sought and that the process for updating literature is followed.
2. Update fixing instructions, product labeling and packaging to reflect the latest branding. Ensure process is followed.
3. Support colleagues in writing posts and help generate new ideas for posts based on company activity and the wider calendar.
4. Help to distribute advertising artwork and press releases to trade press, according to agreed media plans.
5. Help to organise the company’s presence at trade show events and conferences including collating literature, stand materials, promotional items etc.
6. Assist with the production of internal communications materials e.g. company newsletters.
7. Raising purchase orders, logging orders to budget sheets and booking in work upon completion of projects. Resolution of invoice queries where needed.
Requirements
1. One to two years working in a marketing department.
2. Excellent attention to details.
3. Experience of event management.
