The Southfield Trust is made up of The Lindfield School, Hazel Court, The South Downs and our new free school, Summerdown School. All located in Eastbourne

What the school offers its staff
Applications are encouraged from applicants with experience of supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs or who may have some experience but more than anything a willingness to learn through collaborative working with other skilled staff. Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are welcome to apply for this post.

The Contract
• This is a fixed term position from May 2025 for one year
• The paid hours of work are 32.5 (full-time hours).
• The salary range is from £31,650 to £43,607 (Main Pay Scale) plus an SEN Allowance of £2,679 per annum.
