Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Regional Sales Manager (Northwest/Midlands Area) at Grouptyre UK Ltd. The Regional Sales Manager will assist the Sales Director with various aspects of National and Local Sales Management. This role includes engaging with stakeholders, managing operations, nurturing existing customer relationships, and pursuing new customer opportunities across all UK market channels.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage accounts for selected National and Regional customers, ensuring beneficial commercial relationships and prompt resolution of complaints.
* Identify and pursue new exclusive National and Regional customers across all market channels.
* Support Members and the central sales team in implementing commercial business strategies.
* Maintain a visible presence for assigned Members and address any inquiries, as necessary.
* Communicate sales administration requirements to relevant Member personnel via email or phone, ensuring all deadlines are met.
* Share best practices with Business Development Managers (BDMs) and Member management teams.
* Work alongside BDMs to ensure they are confident in advising on processes and workflows related to tyre sales, inventory management, and training.
* Provide feedback to Grouptyre and Members on relevant market intelligence, including competitor pricing and discount structures.
Qualifications
* Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management skills
* Experience in the automotive industry or tyre industry
* Strong negotiation and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and remotely
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
* Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
* Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferable)
* Strong communication, analytical, and writing skills.
* Ability to engage effectively at all organisational levels on various topics.
* Excellent work ethic and time management abilities.
* Comprehensive knowledge of tyre PCR fitment and the industry.
