You will contribute to collaborative working, compassionate delivery of the best standards of care. You will be expected to spend time with service users in order to promote recovery and assist to maintain independence in the community. Some of this may include the following; -Metabolic monitoring following training including ECG, BP, and Bloods -Offering a 12-24 week involvement to support service users towards discharge through a structured programme using a wellness recovery action plan, possibly involving confidence building, signposting, decider skills, exposure work, and anxiety management. Applicants are required to have an NVQ/QVC level 3 in care or equivalent and a level 2 functional skills in Maths and English or equivalent. You must hold a valid drivers license and have access to a vehicle for work purposes.
