What we need, in a nutshell:
We’re seeking an enthusiastic Treasury Specialist who will have a broad and varied remit which will include all aspects of the day-to-day running of the Treasury functions of Away Resorts. Ensuring compliance with internal processes and control with bank accounts and safeguarding cash by supporting parks.

Key responsibilities:
* Responsible for the end-to-end process for opening and closing bank accounts, signatories, and user access to online banking portals.
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with third parties, such as banks, cash carriers, card acquirers, and co-ordinate necessary administration and reporting.
* Ensure that critical daily, weekly, and month-end reconciliations are performed, including bank reconciliations and control accounts, with appropriate investigation and resolution of variances.
* Ensure department policies and procedures are regularly reviewed and updated, and effectively implement process improvements.
* Review all payments outside BACS run to ensure no duplicate payments.
* Support parks with daily, weekend, and monthly cash processes, investigating discrepancies in cash.
* Provide accurate and timely reports of costs/income in management accounts.
* Investigate all overs/unders by park to ensure safeguarding of cash on park.
Skills, experience and qualities you’ll need:
* AAT/CIMA or equivalent is desired.
* 5+ years of experience within a successful treasury department.
* Experience working to tight deadlines.
* Ability to work under pressure, providing accurate high-quality work under tight deadlines.
* Strong organisational and analytical skills.
* Good communication skills and a team player.
* Ability to challenge existing processes.
It’s the icing on the cake if you have worked in a similar role in a holiday park and have coaching and mentoring experience.
