Property Manager – Student Lettings
£28,000 - £30,000
Canterbury
Monday to Friday 9am – 5:30pm with occasional Saturdays
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well-established property company. This role would best suit somebody with lettings experience - student lettings experience would be a significant advantage.
Some duties include:
Providing an exceptional student experience, ensuring their safety and welfare.
Visiting sites to assess repairs and maintenance and ensuring work has been completed satisfactorily.
Arranging maintenance orders with approved contractors.
Manage the check in, check out and room turnaround process.
Building and managing relationships with tenants, contractors, and landlords
Managing escalated customer–related issues and provide key emergency support.
Report writing.
Handling complaints in a professional manner.
To be considered for this role, you will have/be:
Experience within the property industry (essential).
Student lettings experience is highly desirable.
An excellent attention to detail.
An ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent customer service skills.
A full driving license is required due to the nature of the role.
