Job Title: Behaviour Support Assistant
About the Role:
Ribbons & Reeves are looking for a motivated graduate to support children with additional needs in an inclusive education setting. As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will work with primary-aged children to develop their skills and confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support children with additional needs in a primary school setting
• Develop and implement behaviour support plans to promote positive learning outcomes
• Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure consistent support and guidance
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and development
Requirements:
• Graduation in Education or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience working with children with additional needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
