About the role
As the UK Field Resource Manager, you will closely performance manage all subcontractor and directly employed electricians and roofing teams and be accountable for Eco2Solar having sufficient capacity for installations across the country at all times to deliver Solar PV, battery storage and EV chargers on over 3,000 houses a month. You will also oversee the installation of future technologies such as Air Source Heat Pumps and will be responsible for finding, onboarding and training future teams.
You will ensure that all installers and engineers have the necessary insurances, qualifications, and certifications to carry out every installation that Eco2Solar undertakes compliantly.
You will be supported by a team of Electrical and Installation Managers who will manage the quality and direct relationships with the installation teams.
Key experience needed:
• You will have led large field based engineers / teams previously
• You will have experience in budgets and cost control
• You will have proven experience in performance based management of multiple teams and implementations on incentives
• You will have experience in finding, recruiting, training and monitoring large installation teams on a national scale
