Job Overview: The purpose of the role is to promote, develop and coach cricket within Surrey. Each coach will provide club, community, and school-based cricketing opportunities, both coaching and competition. The role requires an energetic and enthusiastic individual who has a passion to support and develop the game, working with multiple partners and organisations. The role combines coaching and development work and will be responsible for engaging with participants of all ages across Surrey. Requirements The successful candidate will have the following experience/skill/qualities: Level 2 or Core/ Foundation ECB Coaching Qualification or equivalent qualification Experience coaching children of different abilities Good planning and organisational skills Strong communicator who works well in a team Ability to learn quickly and a ‘can do’ attitude Good time management skills Ability to use their initiative Full driving licence and access to own transport would be beneficial This role will involve some evening and weekend working.
