ABOUT THE ROLE: Administrative support to the Infrastructure Team on a day-to-day basis. Assisting with Temp & Full Air Side Pass Applications, i.e. scanning of all documentation, passports, driving licenses for ID. Temp Passes are applied for via HAL internal system. Ensuing a log register is kept of each pass and expiry date are kept as temp passes only allowed for 60 days. Booking of Airside Training Courses through ABC. Training forms to be completed and job numbers to be assigned to each request. Planning of escorts and vehicle requests for Pod-Trak Suppliers. Responsible for shift reports daily- to be uploaded onto the system after PM has completed. Responsible for WANS when required – to be uploaded onto the system. Responsible for RAMS when required – filing RAMS after PM has complete same. Attend weekly business meetings with Infrastructure project tea, with HAL/HEX/POD. General admin including forward planning. LSS (Life Safety Systems) – Ensure isolations are in place during any site hot works. ATP (Authority to proceed) – Specific to baggage are – Ensure isolations are in place
