National Account Manager - Water Utilities
£65,000 Salary + Bonus
OTE £80,000+

Infrastructure & Utilities - Water Sector focused.
Providing rental solutions as a service to large complex contractors.
Inheriting £500k+ of accounts, with a clear plan to increase in excess of £2M over 4 Years.
This role focuses on growing current accounts, developing customer relationships, and managing opportunities.

The Role:
1. Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic planning skills; you will be responsible for defining the best course of action to grow and expand accounts.
2. Negotiation: Negotiation with clients will be an everyday occurrence. Being able to negotiate effectively whilst ensuring quality for the customer and margin for the business is crucial.
3. Communication: Due to a diverse customer base, excellent communication skills are imperative. There will be a need to deal with customers operating at a national level, so the ability to communicate across different levels is crucial.
4. Customer Focus: Deep commitment to customer satisfaction and experience in fostering long-term client relationships.
The Candidate:
1. Education/Background: Mechanical Engineering - Pumps, Filtration, Fluid control.
2. Commercial Experience: 4+ Years in commercial positions dealing with complex customers and accounts.
3. Relationship Management: Experience in customer-facing positions dealing with senior stakeholders and decision makers, creating relationships with long-term value.
