OUTBOUND PRODUCT AFTERSALES ADVISOR
This thriving and ambitious business is looking to capitalise on its continued growth by adding a brand new exciting role to its already thriving team at its Leicestershire head office.
Reporting to the Internal Sales Manager you will be responsible for delivering a world class customer experience and consistently generate profitable sales and revenue promoting the company’s services and products to existing clients. In return you will receive an attractive salary of £32k + commission (£6K OTE) + pension + Hols + Stats + a fantastic working environment.
The successful candidate will be experienced in a KPI driven sales environment with the ability to both technically and commercially assess existing customers and maximise all opportunities to identify and contact new prospects.

Job Description
Working within an established team, you will look to identify and consistently generate profitable sales and revenue from existing customer installations.
Key responsibilities:
* Data Analysis – review and analyse product sales data from purchase history to identify customer installations
* Customer Outreach – Contact identified locations to offer appropriate new products, service parts and discuss the benefits of the in-house service department
* Sales & Contracts – Promote and sell service contracts to ensure regular maintenance and service work by the service department
* Lead Generation – Identify potential leads within existing install base customers and develop strategies to engage them
* Cold Calling/Emailing – Utilise traditional SDR/BDR techniques such as cold calling/emailing to reach potential customers
* Follow-Up – Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify additional service opportunities
* Record Keeping – Accurately document all customer interactions, sales, and service contracts in the company CRM system
* Collaboration – Work closely with sales and service departments to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction
* Feedback Loop – Gather and report customer feedback to help improve products and services.
* Continually improve your knowledge of Products and services to enhance upselling of brand and maximise opportunity

Essential Skills/Qualifications
* Dynamic and forward thinker with experience in Sales development (SDR) and Business development (BDR) role
* Ability to maximise opportunity and revenue
* Cold calling/email outreach experience
* A confident communicator
* Good customer service experience
* Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Word/Excel/Powerpoint
* Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
Desirable Skills
* Good aptitude for understanding Mechanical/electrical/chemical engineering
* Previous B2B experience within a KPI driven setting
* Articulate, self-motivated, dynamic and organised
