Position Summary We have an excellent opportunity to cover parental leave for a highly experienced individual in the role of Head of HR. This position will involve providing support for two of our business categories, namely Nestle Health Science and Nutrition. As the HR Business Lead for both categories, you will play a crucial role in driving the people agenda and leading, supporting, and facilitating change projects. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the staffing process to ensure the organisation has the necessary critical capabilities and fostering the ongoing development of talent for key roles. With your expertise in the field of People Performance and HR, you will be recognised as the go-to person in this domain. A day in the life of a Head of HR This position offers a unique opportunity to become key strategic advisor to the business category leadership teams in the UK with some responsibility at Zone and Nestle Health Science International level. This role has a critical role to play in enabling our business categories to deliver their full potential and be fit for the future, through driving brilliant strategic and operational people initiatives. The Head of HR will lead all HR's practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented high performance culture emphasising quality, productivity, goal attainment, empowerment and is responsible for the development of processes and reporting metrics that support the achievement of the business categories goals as well as acting as talent expert. What will make you successful? As the successful candidate, you will bring a wealth of HR and change management experience to the table. You will have a proven track record of operating as a strategic HR partner within a senior leadership team, contributing to the broader business agenda. Your ability to collaborate and engage with stakeholders at all levels will be a key strength, complemented by your deep understanding of our business from a commercial perspective. Resilience will be one of your defining qualities, allowing you to thrive in ambiguous environments and navigate yourself, your team, and stakeholders towards positive solutions. You will excel in high-pressure, fast-paced situations, having successfully worked with senior leaders in the past. You'll be able to demonstrate previous experience of: - Developing and coaching people to deliver a high performing team environment that enables people to be the best that they can be - Working within a Matrix environment; achieving results through effective influencing and collaboration - Leading and managing change through the effective use of organisation design, development and business transformation techniques. - Experience of working in employee/labour relations. - Effective influencing and coaching of leaders.
