We’re looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op. As a Customer Team Member, you’ll be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping our customers. Your responsibilities include providing excellent service at the tills and on the shop floor, re-stocking shelves, and cleaning spillages.

What you'll do
1. Provide friendly and thoughtful service, prioritizing customer needs, responding to queries, and promoting Co-op products and Membership.
2. Support your store colleagues to solve problems and improve the shopping experience.
3. Ensure the store is safe and compliant—stocking shelves, checking prices, dates, and temperatures.
4. Assist in introducing new products and services, sharing experiences with colleagues.
5. Get involved in community activities and events.
