The Role As a Reception teacher at Millbrook, you will: ✔ Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment where children feel safe, valued, and motivated to learn. ✔ Deliver high-quality learning experiences that support all areas of development. ✔ Use a strong understanding of the EYFS framework to ensure outstanding progress for all children. ✔ Plan and deliver an engaging and well-structured continuous provision that promotes independent learning, curiosity, and exploration. ✔ Engage in high-quality interactions with children throughout the day, fostering their speech, language, and communication skills through meaningful conversations, questioning, and vocabulary development. ✔ Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to foster a positive school community. ✔ Contribute to our well-established, nurturing ethos and commitment to excellence in Early Years education.
