Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Administrator to join our clients dynamic team and to primarily support the sites General Manager.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in administrative functions and demonstrate exceptional organisational abilities. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, supporting various departments, and enhancing overall productivity. The Senior Administrator will be responsible for managing data entry tasks, maintaining office records, and providing clerical support while upholding professional phone etiquette.
Duties:
1. Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date records in various systems.
2. Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management and other departments as required.
3. Manage incoming calls with professionalism, ensuring excellent phone etiquette.
4. Organise and maintain office files, documents, and correspondence.
5. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as necessary.
6. Support the team in clerical tasks such as typing reports and presentations.
7. Ensure the office environment is organised and conducive to productivity.
Qualifications
1. Proven experience in an administrative role with a focus on data entry and clerical tasks.
2. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
3. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both written and verbal.
4. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
5. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
6. Competence in general office practices and procedures.
Shift & Pay
1. £28,000-30,000 per annum, dependent on experience
2. 37.5 hour working week, Monday to Friday. 08:00-16:00 or 09:00-17:00
