Teaching Personnel has the job for you About the role: Teaching Personnel are seeking to recruitpassionate and committed teaching assistants to work full time or part time in Primary Schools in Cardiff. Teaching Personnel work with multiple schools in the Cardiff area and will find you the best role for you. Day to day role: Maintain a positive and supportive atmosphere to keep the students engaged Support the teacher in setting up the classroom and the daily activities Supervise the students during play times and lunch times Follow theschools' policies and procedures Give the children support and confidenceregarding their work Provide 1-1 or small group support for students Requirements: No formal qualifications are required (ideal for those without prior experience in education). A genuine passion for working with children and helping them succeed. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Experience working with children (e.g., in volunteer roles, babysitting, or sports coaching) is desirable but not essential. A DBS (child enhanced) EWC Teaching Personnel will provide you with a dedicated candidate who will support and give you all the help and advice you will need, you'll also receive regular feedback from schools you work in to keep track of your progress and keep you updated.
