SALARY: £23,000 - £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)
LOCATION: Enfield, North London (EN1)
This is a studio-based position, although all applicants should be willing to undertake occasional work-related travel to the USA and Europe and should not have any issues in their past that would prevent such travel; their ability to use the US ESTA scheme is vital.

Working as the Junior Revit Designer / Draftsperson / CAD Technician, you'll contribute to designing luxurious hydrothermal experiences, including pools, saunas, and steam rooms, while developing your skills and gaining valuable experience.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
As the Junior Revit Designer / Draftsperson / CAD Technician, you will have the following skills and experience:
1. Basic proficiency in Revit, with a willingness to learn BIM and AutoCAD.
2. Passion for design and attention to detail.
3. Eagerness to learn about Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing systems and their integration into spa and wellness facilities.
4. Ability to communicate and work effectively in both metric and imperial units, with a willingness to learn International building codes.
5. Good communication skills in English; additional languages are a bonus.
6. Flexibility for occasional travel to the USA and Europe, but also globally. You should not have any restrictions placed on your ability to travel for whatever reason.
7. Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
8. A passion for creating functional and beautiful spaces.
