Clinically lead the STOMP/STAMP delivery plan ensuring measuring actions are in place. Have an active role at our system wide scrutiny panels to drive timely discharge from inpatient settings. Facilitate the uptake of Oliver McGowan training across Primary Care by Q3. The postholder will be expected to participate in the Clinical and Care Professional Leadership Development Programme and engage in the monthly Community of Practice. They will contribute to system-wide transformation discussions and ensure alignment with ICS priorities.
