Job Description
A new role to UK Customer Success, the Strategic Insight Lead is responsible for delivering insight across the breadth of NIQ data sets to provide our customers with the Full View.
You will make a difference by delivering impactful actionable insights on strategic questions across a portfolio of Grocery clients. You will develop strong senior relationships with our clients so NielsenIQ can bring maximum value to the client partnership. You will create best practice analytical flows leveraging existing NIQ templates but tailored to the needs of UK FMCG manufacturers.
Responsibilities
* Insight Generation: Influence client’s strategic focus through the insight you deliver.
* Stakeholder Management and Relationship Building: Working with NIQ stakeholders, proactively plan and execute a client engagement plan to build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders.
* Lead generation: Identify Sales Ready leads that deliver revenue in line with our annual targets.
* Project Management: Oversee projects from conception to delivery, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Develop strong internal relationships, manage internal stakeholders and projects to ensure the client’s requirements are translated into delivering the very best NielsenIQ can offer.
* Create best practice: Help everyone to win- develop best practice across NIQ internal teams to upskill team members and drive efficiencies.
Skills:
* Strong story-telling and presentation skills
* Analytical skills and Insight generation across multiple NIQ datasets, expert in Scantrack and Homescan
* Strong knowledge of FMCG industry, retail and consumer trends
* High level of commercial savviness
* Extensive knowledge of NielsenIQ products and services or equivalent
* Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
* A positive and creative approach to problem solving
* Proactive, ‘Can-do’ attitude
* Project management
