We’re looking for a Commercials Manager to join our client’s team. This role is responsible for overseeing financial and contractual elements of the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF) and Planned Works programs, ensuring financial control, contract compliance, and cost efficiency.

9-month fixed-term contract
Hybrid working: Base office in Ware, Hertfordshire, or Wembley Park
Salary: £50,000 - £59,000 per annumYour Role:
Develop and manage project budgets for the SHDF program, ensuring value for money.
Monitor financial performance, tracking expenditures and forecasting potential cost variances.
Lead on contractor procurement and contract management, ensuring compliance with public sector regulations.
Oversee risk assessments, identifying potential financial and commercial risks.
Provide cost estimates and financial reporting, ensuring accurate and transparent budget tracking.
Work closely with internal teams and external contractors to ensure project success.
Ensure compliance with funding requirements, contract terms, and sustainability targets.What We’re Looking For:
