Global Commissioning Limited is a growing consultancy providing commissioning management and validation services across multiple countries. We are expanding our team and seeking a proactive HR Business Partner to help drive business success through effective HR strategies and solutions.
Job Overview
Due to expansion we are looking for a new HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team, you will work closely with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals, support employee engagement, and manage performance, talent development, and employee relations. You will collaborate with another HRBP and report to the Chief People Officer (CPO).
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic HR: Develop HR strategies aligned with business goals; support workforce planning and organisational design.
* Employee Relations: Address conflict, disciplinary actions, and grievances; foster open communication.
* Performance Management: Oversee goal setting, appraisals, and development; coach managers and staff.
* Talent Development: Identify training needs and support career development and succession planning.
* Compliance & Policies: Ensure HR policies meet legal standards; support international compliance.
* Organisational Development: Lead employee engagement initiatives and support change management.
Qualifications
* CIPD5 or a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
* Strong knowledge of employment laws and HRIS.
* Proven problem-solving and communication skills.
